Simultaneously, we gather essential information about the homeowner's property, such as its features, amenities, and location, while understanding their goals, preferences, and level of involvement.

Onboarding
Homeowners are assigned a personalized homeowner portal and undergo a self-paced onboarding process, where they provide our team with their property details. Meanwhile, our team conducts a thorough location assessment of the property, evaluating its unique characteristics and potential challenges. Based on this assessment, we draft a readiness checklist outlining everything required to make the property booking-ready. During this time, we also recruit a cleaning team to assign to the property.

Launch Readiness Prep
We partner with homeonwers to ensure their readiness checklist is being addressed in an efficient manner. Throughout this phase, our team provides guidance and assistance to homeowners in completing the checklist items.This checklist includes tasks such as property maintenance, cleanliness standards, amenities setup, and compliance with local regulations.

Listing Configuration
We work closely with homeowners to build and deploy their property listings across multiple platforms, including Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and Flexpad Rentals. Our team carefully crafts each listing, utilizing compelling descriptions, high-quality photographs, and strategic pricing strategies to attract potential guests. Once the listings are finalized, we deploy them on the selected platforms, leveraging our expertise to reach a broad audience of travelers.

Listing Goes Live!
We ensure that the property listings are activated on all selected platforms, such as Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and Flexpad Rentals. Once live, our team closely monitors the performance of the listings, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize visibility and bookings. Throughout the month, we handle turnovers and restocking to maintain the property's cleanliness and supplies, with these expenses deducted from the property's generated revenue. Payouts are issued to homeowners on the first of the following month, on a monthly basis.

How long will it take to onboard my property and get my listing live?The average onboarding process concludes in 2 weeks or less. Our team can work as fast as you allow us to - we partner with homeowners during the onboarding process to complete the readiness checklist and get their homes "live" on all platforms.

How much will it cost to onboard my home?If your home is already equipped with all required short term rental tools, furniture, and products, you can onboard for as little as $75, which will cover an in depth inspection and analysis of your property. How much is the management fee?We only charge 20% of the net payout for each reservation. Example: Nightly Rate+ Cleaning Fee + Miscellaneous Fees - Damage Protection Fee - Platform Service Fee= Net Payout Net Payout x 20% = Management Fee

Is there a long-term contract or early termination fees?No, there are no long-term contractual obligations. Our services are rendered month to month and simply require at least 30 days notice to offboard a property from our platform.

Will my listing be published on my personal profile?No, all listings are hosted on the company's channel partner profiles to ensure maximized visibility for enrolled homes.

When are payouts sent to homeowners?Payouts are issued out on monthly basis and are delivered to homeowenr accounts by the 1st of the following month. Turnover expenses are paid by the company and deducted from the pending payout.
